Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Beef, Pork and Veal, cubed
Flour for Dipping
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
Fat for browning - not too much!

Directions:
Directions:
Thread several pieces of beef and pork on wooden skewers to make a good serving. Melt fat and add a little onion to fry pan. Dip skewers of meat into flour and brown in fat in fry pan. When browned, add chicken or chicken/mushroom soup. Cover. Let simmer for 45-60 minutes, or bake in the oven at 350º for 45-60 minutes. Serve with gravy. These will be yummy and gravy will be good over mashed potatoes. Meat is very tender.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If veal is unavailable, just use pork and beef. I remember my mother making these for their "couples bridge club" that met on Saturday nights. These have very good flavor.
