1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, minced
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
tabasco sauce to taste
1 lb. can tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
3/4 cup raw rice
1/4 cup chopped olives
3/4 cup shredded cheese

Brown meat. Add garlic, salt, pepper, onion, green pepper and chili powder. Cook for 5 minutes. Add rest of ingredients except olives and cheese. Put into greased 2 qt. casserole. Bake in 350 oven, uncovered for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with olives and cheese. Bake 15 minutes longer.
