2 whole Chicken Breasts (about 1-1/2 lbs.), skinned, boned, cut into strips
Garlic Salt & Pepper
3 T. Butter or Margarine
1 jar (15 1/2 oz.) Spaghetti Sauce (2 cups)
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
2 c. Celery, sliced
3 c. cooked Rice, hot

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with garlic salt and pepper. Saute in butter about 2 minutes. Stir in the spaghetti sauce and seasoning. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add celery and cook until tender crisp. Serve over rice.
