1 can crab meat
4T butter
4T flour
1/2 pint coffee cream
4T sherry
3/4 c sharp grated cheese
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Make cream sauce with butter, flour and cream. Remove from heat and add drained crabmeat and sherry until a medium consistency. Put in casserole and spread cheese on top.
