Sauce:
2/3 cup A1 steak sauce
2/3 cup salsa
2 tbsp lime juice

Steak (beef top round or other)
1/3 cup sliced olives
4 cups shredded lettuce
1/3 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate steak in 1/2 cup sauce for at least 1 hour, turning occasionally. Grill steaks on grill or broil in oven, about 6 minutes each side. Heat remaining sauce in small saucepan on stove.

To serve: arrange lettuce on plate. Thinly slice steak across grain; arrange over lettuce. Top with salsa sauce, olives and sour cream.
