Fresh Pork Loin, fresh pork butt, fresh leg of pork or rolled pork roast.

Make slits in roast and insert slivers of garlic in slits, insert thermometer in middle of roast, not touching bone. Season all sides of roast with seasoning salt and pepper. After roast has baked for about 30 minutes, drizzle 1/2 cup wine over the roast and return to oven. Roast in 325 degree oven.
