2 eggs
2 T. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
1 (3 or 4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar grated
1/2 lb. Monterey cheese grated

Directions:
Directions:
To eggs, add flour, salt, and milk; beat well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a flat well greased 8 x 12 inch Pyrex baking dish. Bake at 350º for about 35 minutes. Cut into 1 inch squares to serve.
