1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups sifted cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sour cream
sliced strawberries or fresh fruit of your choice

Cream cheese filling:
2-8 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
Combine all ingredients and mix well. This filling will cook while cake bakes.

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time beating after each addition. Stir in vanilla and mix thoroughly. Add dry mixture of sifted flour, baking powder. Add baking soda to sour cream. Alternately add flour mixture and sour cream mixture to butter mixture. Grease a bundt pan. Pour half of cake batter into pan, then top with cream cheese filling. Pour remaining cake batter over cream cheese filling. Bake at 350º oven for 45 minutes. Cool completely. Serve with strawberries or any fresh fruit of your choice. Whipped cream may be added to fruit.
