2 (3 oz.) pkgs. Jello strawberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
3/4 c. sliced strawberries (more if desired)
1 container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dissolve 1 package gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; stir in 1 cup cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in strawberries; pour into 1 quart mold (large Tupperware mold, coating sides of mold with vegetable oil for easy removal). Chill until set but not firm.
2. Dissolve remaining gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened.
3. Fold whipped topping into thickened gelatin. Spoon over fruited gelatin. Chill until firm.
4. To unmold easily, run a wet knife around edge. Cover with a plate and turn upside down.
