2c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1/4c. butter
1/4c. flour
1/2t. salt
1/4t. pepper
1/4t. ground mustard
1/4t. Worcestershire sauce
1c. milk
1c. heaving whipping cream
1c. cubed Sharp Cheddar
1c. cubed Fontina
5 slices of bacon
1T. minced garlic

1. Heat oven to 350º

2. Cook off macaroni

3. While macaroni is cooking, melt butter over low heat; stir in flour salt, pepper, ground mustard, Worcestershire sauce and garlic; cook over medium heat stirring constantly until smooth; remove from heat; stir in milk and cream; heat to boiling stirring constantly; boil and stir one minute; stir in cheeses; cook stirring until cheese is melted.

4. Drain macaroni; gently stir into cheese sauce; pour into ungreased casserole dish; bake uncovered 20-25 minutes.
