6 T butter
1/2 c chopped onion

10 oz velveeta, cut into chunks
12 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 t pepper
32 oz Bag of Southern Hash Brown potatoes
2 c crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in lg pot. Cook onion in butter for a couple of minutes. Then add rest of the ingredients except for potatoes and corn flakes. Cook until cheese is melted. Put potatoes in a
13 x 9 pan. Pour cheese mixture over potatoes. Combine together. Put 2 cups of crushed corn flakes on top of potatoes. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
