4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tbsp. baking soda
1/2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/3 tbsp. cinnamon
3 2/23 c. oatmeal
2 cups chopped nuts
4 eggs
2 1/3 c. shortening
5 c. sugar
1/4 c. molasses
2 tbsp. vanilla

Blend dry ingredients, except sugar in large mixing bowl.
In mixer, cream shortening and sugar until well blended, add eggs.
Add molasses, vanilla to cream mixture. Add dry ingredients, mix.
Using #40 ice cream scoop, place cookies on pan liner in sheet pan. Bake at 325 for 15 mins. or until lightly browned.
