2 cups cooked chicken cubed
5-14oz cans or 2-32oz cartons chicken broth
1 small onion chopped
1 rib celery chopped
1 cup carrots, peeled and sliced
2 cups wide egg noodles
1 Tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large soup pot. Saute celery and onion until opaque. Add chicken broth and carrots. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer about 30 minutes or until carrots are tender. Add chicken and noodles. Return to boiling. Cook until noodle are done - about 8 minutes.

I cook 2 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts in the microwave on high power for 5 minutes a side. Then I cut them into small pieces to make about 2 cups.
