1 Ready to use Refrigerated Pie Crust
1 tsp Cinnamon Sugar (3/4 tsp sugar and ¼ tsp of cinnamon)
1 ¼ C Half & Half (I use milk with a splash of ½ and ½)
1 Package (4 serving size) Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 C Thawed Cool Whip
1 Large Fresh Peach, sliced
½ C Blueberries
½ C Raspberries (or whatever fruit you like!)

PREPARE CRUST
Preheat oven to 450 degrees, unroll piecrust onto baking sheet; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake 8 – 10 minutes or until lightly browned; cool completely.

PREPARE PIZZA SAUCE
Meanwhile, pour half-and-half (or milk) into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping; cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Spread pudding mixture over crust just before serving; top with fruit. Cut into slices and serve.
