1 ½ C Flour
½ C Sugar
½ tsp Baking Powder
¾ C Raspberry Preserves
1 C Chocolate Chips
½ C Butter
1 Egg, beaten
¼ tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees and grease 13x9 pan.

Stir flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Cut in butter until coarse crumbs. Add egg, milk and vanilla. Beat on medium speed until well blended.. Reserve ½ C for top. Spread a thin layer on the bottom of greased pan. Spread preserves followed by chocolate chips. Drop the remaining dough in spoonfuls on top of chocolate chips.

Bake for 20 minutes or slightly golden.
