4 - 6 Tilapia fillets
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/2. teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together bread crumbs, spices and cheese. Line a large shallow pan with aluminum foil and pour oil into pan. Rinse and dry tilapia fillets. Place the fillets onto pan to coat with oil (get both sides) and then dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place back into pan and broil on top rack of oven until golden brown. Turn the fillets (carefully, as they fall apart easily) and brown other side.
