1 pound Fresh Green Beans (snip ends but leave long)
2 Cloves Fresh Garlic
1 T Black Pepper
¼ C Olive Oil (less if you like)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and sauté garlic. Add green beans, let them get slightly blackened. Then constantly turn green beans with tongs, letting them get blackened. Add pepper.
Serve with your favorite meat…great summer veggie!!
