2-3 C Cooked Shredded Turkey
½ LB Spaghetti, cooked
½ LB Sautéed Mushrooms

SAUCE
3 T Butter
2 T Flour
2 C Chicken Broth
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Melt butter, add flour to thicken. Stir in chicken broth. Once bubbly, remove from heat and add 1 C whipping cream, heated.

Add ½ sauce to spaghetti and mushrooms, ½to turkey. Place spaghetti in a greased baking dish and arrange in a circle. Place the turkey in the center. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake until brown.
