Directions:
In a 2 quart saucepan add ground beef, salt, chili powder, garlic, cumin, paprika, enough water to cover meat.
Bring to a boil. Simmer over medium low heat about 1 hour. Use a potato masher to break up meat, every 15 minutes or so. Then add ½ medium chopped onion and peppers. Continue cooking ½ hour.

You can stop here or go the extra mile!

Remove from stove pour into strainer to remove grease. We do want to keep liquid!
Remove grease from the strained liquid.

TIP: Place in freezer to help separate.

Remove grease from liquid and place in a small pan and bring to boil. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of cornstarch in ¼ cup of cold water add to liquid, simmer 5 minutes.
Fold into meat for a tasty moist taco, grease free!

Serve tacos with shredded lettuce, cheese, chopped tomatoes, etc.
