1/3 C Dry Sherry or Vermouth
3 T Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
2 tsp Sesame Oil
¼ C Finely Chopped Green Onion
1 tsp Finely Chopped Garlic
2 Captain’s Cut Cod Loins (1 pound)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the sherry or vermouth, soy sauce, sesame oil, onion, ginger, and garlic in a small bowl. Place the fish in an ovenproof casserole dish. Drizzle the sherry sauce mixture over the fish and bake for 12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
