1 16 oz Can Artichoke Hearts, drain and cut into small pieces
1 10 oz Package Frozen Chopped Spinach, defrost and squeeze as much water as possible
1 C Mayonnaise (can be reduced fat – do not use fat free)
1 C Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 C Shredded Colby-Jack Cheese
¼ C Chopped Green Onions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix mayonnaise and cheese together. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake covered for 25-30 minutes. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes. Serve with wheat crackers, tortillas, or rye bread.
