2 lbs. ground round (or whatever you use)
cooked noodles (about 1/2 pkg. dry?)
1/2 c. onion chopped
2 cans French style green beans, drained. I save about 1/2 of the juice to use or you can use water.
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 TB. prepared mustard
2 can tomato soup (I try to use low salt)

In large frying pan, brown beef and cook onion. Stir to separate meat; pour off fat. Stir in 1 cup of cheese and remaining ingredients. Spoon into greased 9X13 pan. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 mins.

As the title suggests, this is Katie's favorite. We all like it though. Recipe can be halved for a smaller crowd. I like to make the big one so I have leftovers.
