1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
10 1/2 oz. can Cream of Mushroom soup
4 oz. can mushroom pieces, undrained
1 1/2 c. milk
1 3/8 oz pkg onion soup mix
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Combine rice, mushroom soup, mushrooms with liquid, and milk in a 2 quart casserole or 9"x13" dish. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of onion soup over the rice. Arrange chicken breasts over rice. Sprinkle remaining onion soup mix over chicken. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
(May substitute pork chops for chicken)

I place the casserole dish inside an oven bag. This helps the meat stay moist and decreases the cooking time.
