2 sticks butter, softened
1/2 C confectioners sugar
1 t vanilla
2 1/4 C all-purpose flour
1/4 t salt
3/4 C finely chopped pecans
1 box confectioners sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Mix together butter, sugar and vanilla thoroughly. Sift together flour and salt and stir into butter mixture. Add nuts and mix well. Chill dough. Roll into 1" balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes - until set but not brown. While still warm, roll in confectioners sugar. Cool and roll in sugar again
