10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thaw & drain)
8 oz. jar of Miracle Whip
16 oz. container of sour cream
8 oz. can of water chestnuts, chopped
3 spring onions, chopped
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable mix

Directions:
Directions:
Allow spinach to thaw. Drain all liquid from spinach by wrapping it in a cloth and squeezing out all the liquid. Place spinach in a bowl and stir in other ingredients. Stir well. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
