1/2 lb. fettuccine, uncooked
4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1 1lb, boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
3 TB. Parmesan cheese, divided

4 tsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 to 7 min. or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet. Mix broth and flour in same skillet. Stir in cream cheese, 2 Tbs. parmesan cheese, garlic powder and pepper; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens. Stir in chicken. Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Pour chicken mixture over pasta; toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining 1 Tbs. parmesan cheese.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
A lot of alfredo recipes I've tried have been really thick and "gummy". The broth base in this one gives it a much thinner consistency and really good flavor.
