1 pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Mac & Cheese Dinner
1/2 of a red pepper chopped
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
1 green onion, sliced
1/2 can of milk
1 c. crushed potato chips
1 can (6 oz.) tuna, drained

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Prepare Dinner as directed on package. Combine soup and milk. Stir in tuna, red pepper and onion. Combine mixture with mac-n-cheese. Spoon into 2-qt. casserole dish; top with crushed chips. Bake 30 min. or until heated through.

Not gourmet, by any means, but my kids love it b/c it's base is mac-n-cheese. Also, I've had other very "fishy" tuna casseroles, but this only has one small can in it, so again, it's mostly cheesy goodness, topped with potato chips...YUM!
