8 potatoes diced and boiled
6 slices fried bacon crumbled ( I use pre packaged real bacon bits by Oscar Meyer)
6 green onions chopped
1 16 oz bottle ranch dressing( may use less pending your taste)
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl pour bottle of ranch dressing and add cooled diced and boiled potatoes and remaining ingredients. Toss gently. Cover and refrigerate about 4 hours and serve.
