1/2 cup soy sauce

1 tsp ginger
1 tsp horseradish

2 lbs chicken breasts, thawed

Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except chicken), put in marinating container of your choice and mix together.
Cut chicken into strips.
Add chicken to marinade sauce and marinade for 8 hours in the fridge.
BBQ, broil, bake or skillet!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I like to cut the chicken into chunks to increase the surface area for the marinade to soak into! I try to always let the chicken marinade over night.
This recipe is still great if you forfeit some ingredients, but make sure not to leave out the onions, it doesn't taste very good without them.
I really don't like the smell of the sauce before it is cooked, but don't let that put you off because this is a very tasty dish!
