1/3 cup olive oil
4 slices fillet of sole
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup butter
garlic and pepper to taste
flour
1-1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge sole in flour seasoned with garlic salt and pepper. Shake off excess flour and saute until golden brown in oil.Remove to serving dish. Drizzle lemon juice over fish. While fish is sautéing, melt butter on low heat and add almonds and cook stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, take off heat, pour over prepared sole. Serve browned, take off heat, pour over prepared sole. Serve.
