8 oz rigatoni noodles, cooked
1 c pepperoni cubed
1/2 c shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 c diced onion
1/2 c diced green pepper (optional)
2 cloves minced garlic
1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce
2 c shredded mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 375º. layer half the ingredients, in order listed, in a greased 9 x 13 pan, then repeat layers. Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
