1 lb. ground turkey breast
3/4 tsp. dried oregano
1 slice sandwich bread, crumbled
coarse salt & ground pepper
1/4 c. milk
1 TB. olive oil
1 lg. egg white
1 28oz. whole tomatoes in puree
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place turkey in bowl. Add bread, milk, egg white, cheese, oregano, 1 t. salt, and 1/4 t. pepper and mix. Shape mixture into 12 meatballs. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add meatballs, and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and puree, breaking them up with your fingers; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer; cover, and cook 15 minutes. Uncover; simmer until meatballs are cooked through, about 15 minutes more.

I served this over roasted shredded spaghetti squash and thought it was awesome but Mike thought the squash was weird. Now I serve it over regular old boring noodles but it's still yummy.
