1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
2 TB. flour
1 lb. Jack cheese, sliced
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 8oz. can whole green chilies
1 16 oz. can tomato sauce
4 eggs, seperated

Directions:
Directions:
Use 9x13 pan. Put sliced cheddar cheese on the bottom of the pan. Layer chilis on top of cheese. Layer Jack cheese on top of chili layer. Beat egg yolks, flour, and milk together. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold in to yolk mixture (gently, but thoroughly). Pour on top of cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Spread tomato sauce over top and bake 15-30 minutes more.
