1/4 lb beef chicken or pork per person
1 carrot per person
1/2 onion per person
1/2 bell pepper per person
1/2 potato per person
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Cut up each ingredient into slices or cubes. Put the potatoes on the bottom of 2 sheets of regular or 1 sheet heavy duty foil, then the meat then the vegetables. Sprinkle with salt and lots of pepper. Put 1 or 2 more sheets on the top and roll the edges up on themselves. Put in the coals of a campfire or up to 10 inches over low flame, or in a 350 degree oven for about 20 - 30 minutes. Put your foil packet on a plate, cut the top open with a large x and dig in.
