Uncooked asparagus, washed and trimmed
Phyllo dough
1/2 cup melted butter
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375º
Roll out phyllo dough
Take one sheet and cut in half length ways; brush with butter and sprinkle Parmesan cheese
Roll 1 asparagus 1-2 turns, and then add 2 more pieces of asparagus, and continue to roll to the end of the dough
Repeat until your asparagus has all been rolled
Place on a cookie sheet
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 15 minutes
