1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
10 ounce can of quartered artichoke hearts
12 ounce bag of frozen spinach
1 /12 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
Laughing Cow Garlic Cheese (whole container)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º
Thaw/drain spinach; chop artichoke hearts
Mash Laughing Cow Cheese with hands
Add all ingredients (use 1/2 of the Parmesan) and mix
Place ingredients in pyrex and bake for 10 minutes
Stir and add rest of Parmesan to top of dip
Cook an additional 10 minutes; serve whit tortilla chips
