6 sweet potatoes (peel & boil) or 3 large cans
1 cup sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup Karo or maple syrup
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 stick butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º
Add cooked potatoes in a large mixing bowl and whip with a hand mixer
Add the rest of ingredients to the potatoes and mix with mixer
Place in 9x13 glass baking dish and top with topping
For topping:
Mix all topping ingredients together with pastry blender
Crumble on top of casserole
Bake for 30 minutes
