Broil fish with butter, lemon juice and paprika for about 10-15 minutes.


Combine the following ingredients in a large sauce pan.
1 tbsp roux 1/3 cup bell pepper (chopped)
½ cup onion (chopped) 1/3 cup celery (chopped)
2 tbsp parsley (chopped) 6 cups tomato sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp salt
1 tsp Cayenne pepper 2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp garlic salt 3 tsp paprika
Simmer for 20-25 minutes

Add the cooked fish to the sauce and cover with lid. Simmer for another 20-25 minutes. Be careful not to stir too much as the fish will break apart. Serve over rice
