5 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
3/4 - 1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3/4 stick of butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese, flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder together in plastic bag. Moisten potatoes with water and toss into bag to coat with cheese mixture. Place melted butter in 8X10 dish. Add potatoes to melted butter and bake, uncovered for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender. Turn potatoes once during baking time. Bake at 350º.
