1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. seedless raisions
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. sugar
2/3 cups oil
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. grated carrots

Sift flour first. Mix raisins and nuts. Mix sugar and
oil in bowl. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour
mixture and carrots. Stir in raisins. Put in floured pan. Bake at 350 for one hour and 10 mins.
