1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 8 oz. container sour cream
1 c thick and chunky salsa
4 oz. finely chopped corned beef
3 oz. or 3/4 c shredded swiss cheese
1/2 c. sauerkraut, rinsed, drained & chopped
1 to 2 garlic cloves minced
salt & pepper if desired
2 T chopped cilantro

In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and salsa. Beat with mixer until blended. Add all remaining ingredients except cilantro. Beat at low speed. Spoon mixture into 9" or 10" pie pan. Bake at 350º for 20-30 min or until heated through. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips. Store leftovers in frig.
