1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
8 oz. grated Monterey jack cheese
1 c. chopped walnuts

Dressing:

1 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c sugar
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic (Minced)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika

Add dressing just before serving.
