1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
3 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well; add sugar, milk, salt and nutmeg. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450 for 10 min, reduce heat to 325 and bake for about 30 min longer or until custard is done.
