Velvetta cheese
Carrots
Onions
Cream
Butter

Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots until firm and almost done. Place carrots in baking dish. In cooking pan add a couple tsp. of butter and about 1/2 cup minced onions. Saute until soft, add about 1/2 cup or more velvetta with about 1-2 Tbsp. cream. You will want this somewhat thickened but not runny.Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir until smooth and pour over carrots. Bake for 30 to 60 minutes at 350º
