1/3 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup vermicelli broken in 1" pieces
1 teaspoon parsley
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. crushed rosemary
1 small clove garlic, finely minced
2 cups chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
saute rice and vermicelli and garlic in butter, add parsley, thyme, rosemary and cook for about 1 minute. Add chicken broth. Bring to a oil, reduce to simmer immediately, cover and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
