1/2 c. Flour
3/4 c. Milk
Pinch Salt
4 Egg Yolks
4 Egg Whites

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour with milk and blend well. Add salt and yolks, mix well. In separate bowl beat whites still stiff and fold into flour mixture, stirring slowly. Pour 1 C. Butter into well greased and very hot skillet. When slightly brown, flip over and put in hot oven for 4 minutes. Serve with jam or syrup.
