1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 can water chestnuts (chopped)
1 10 oz. spinach, thawed and thoroughly drained
1 Knorr's vegetable dry soup mix
3 small green onions

Mix all ingredients and serve with crisp crackers or sheepherders bread torn into chunks.
