1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 T. chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 T. white vinegar
1 tsp. grated lime or lemon peel
1/4 tsp. red pepper sauce
1 med. red or green bell pepper, chopped
2 med green onions, thinly sliced (1/4 c.)
2 cans (15 oz each) black beans, rinsed and drained

Brown beef or turkey in 10 inch skillet, drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until hot. Serve over lettuce or tortilla chips. Top with fresh tomatoes and sour cream.
