1 c. granola
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. shortening
1-1/2 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, pour 1-1/2 c. boiling water over cereal, and let stand 10 mins. Cream together shortening and sugars and add to cereal, along with eggs. Combine and add dry ingredients. Bake in greased, 7-1/2X11-3/4-in. glass pan, at 350º for 40 mins.
