2 2/3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. buttermilk

icing:
1/2 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered suagar

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Mix flour and sugar together; set aside. Bring margarine, oil and water to a boil and pour over flour mixture. Beat thoroughly. Beat in eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, baking soda and buttermilk. Pour into greased 11x 17 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes

icing: Cream together margarine, vanilla and cream cheese. Blend in powdered sugar, beating until lightly fluffy. Spread over warm cake.
